Buying a used gtx 1080, any recomendations?

Hello, I am planning on buying a Palit GTX 1080 Gamerock USED in Russia at around 270$. I think its a good price. I could look at the card and run some tests, what are your recomendations? What should I check, what bechmarks to run and is it a good idea in general to buy used 1080 card. What to look at when I am in person?
He said that the sticker seals are intact, it was never fixed or opened up.

Definitely Heaven Benchmark and Blender (Classroom for ex.), also try to test the GPU personally if possible
