SSD appears in UEFI but not in boot priority.

I'm trying to install a new SSD onto my computer, and I wanted to backup my windows so that I could boot from my SSD. I backed it up using Macrium Reflect (free edition). Windows is now on one of my SSD partitions. When I went into the UEFI BIOS Utility of my computer, it showed that the SSD was connected in a SATA information section, but it didn't appear in the boot priority section.

OS: Windows 10 OS Build 19041.630

Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX Z370-E GAMING
BIOS Version/Date: American Megatrends Inc. 0809, 2018-06-22
SSD: WD Blue SATA SSD 2.5"

HDD: WD Blue PC HDD 3.5"

According to the EZ Update program on my computer, there are no updates.

Thank you.

I forgot to mention: the SSD shows up in file explorer as well.
