Rtx 30-series pcs at best buy in 2 - 3 weeks

Hello, I have seen that there are pcs with rtx 3070 available on best buy but when I look at the product it says available in 2 - 3 weeks and add to cart. I was just wondering if anyone knew what that meant because how can you buy it if it will be available in 2 - 3 weeks. Also are these pcs worth it for $1500 to $3000, I am currently running a gtx 1650 super and r5 2600. Thanks!

There are a good number of prebuilts in stock with 30-series cards in them, I'm pretty sure you can get them in NZXT BLD pcs. 

If you buy something that won't be available until a few weeks later, it'll just ship when it is available.
