Hook up PC and phone to headset

I got a Plantronics rig 800HD, which is a wireless headset with a dongle. this dongle has a usb end hooked to my pc, but it also allows for a optical audio cable to be connected, which my pc doesnt have.

 

is there any way to hook up my phone though dacs or something to it with the 3.5mm/bluetooth or something to deliver/recieve audio and mic to both the pc and phone (its a nokia 5)
