Hey, I have a gopro and a ssd, but, Wait 4gb sd card? hmmmm, 500gb Samsung T5 drive, gopro 8 with a usb c T5 with a usb c, can I? Or can I not I dont want to ruin my drive or gopro 8.

no. it doesn't have the power to drive the external drive.

No. It would simply not running for the lack of power input. No harm.
