My pc is dead help me troubleshoot it

My pc won’t power on and I think it’s the mother board I could buy a new one but I just want to make sure it’s actually the problem it doesnt have any lights on and my graphics card has a power light on my power supply will power on if I do a paper clip test but idk how to see if my cpu is dead

Buy a motherboard speaker,install it and tell us if you here any beeps.

Also try  to see if the power supply works,does anything power on?,

Does the power supply work with the paper clip method? (be careful to not shor something you should not)

Yes the psu worked with the clip test how much is a speaker

i think personally that it might be gpu, try unplugging the gpu and other unessacary things

Like taking the graphics card  out completely and it also has a light on next to the cord that plugs into it

It probably is. Not getting power from the PSU but the GPU is? Doesn't seem right to me.
