Looking for help finding drivers on a Chinese Sony Vaio laptop

Hello everybody, i purchased a Sony Vaio VGN-P35J with a wiped hard drive second hand... i installed Windows 7, and have been met with two "unknown device" entries in device manager. Since this laptop was only sold in China as far as im aware, american Google is of no help and my mandarin is nowhere near good enough to navigate chinese google.

 

I *did* manage to find the driver download page on Sony's chinese website, linked here, but it appears the download links might be dead. I havent tried to VPN to china to see if its a geo-restricted thing for some reason.

 

Any help finding drivers, or if at all possible, a recovery ISO?

The p series netbooks normally used basically all the same hardware so just find the closest match of it on the sony site

Any reason nothing happens when i click download?

 

EDIT: Chrome was being stupid. I swapped to edge and it worked. Will report back with driver compatibility

As long as you have an active network connection, you can use snappy driver installer origin to get any missing drivers and update any other drivers (since I don't trust generic M$ garbage drivers)

Device Manager _> Right click on unidentified device _> Properties _> Details _> Hardware Ids
Copy first value in Hardware Ids list and google it. Should give you an answer to what it is.

The site @demonix00suggested appears to be genuine, and working very well. If it fails for some reason, I will try the HWID method

The site linked worked, however the one thing it did not manage to restore and that I cannot find is the proper driver to make the keyboard shortcuts work for audio, brightness, etc.
