sub ambient of some sort

realistically though 60-70 degrees is probably the best you'll get under full load (without LN2 or other exotic methods)

HWinfo or ryzen master

LN2 is liquid nitrogen, it was a complete joke.

i Actually have a Noctua NH-U12A. And all my fans are Noctua too. Just worried that my Bios is not well setup  for keeping my CPU cold enought

That cooler is plenty capable.

Well i think the easyest part was building and conecting all the cable. Now the tuff part is how to optimize the BIOS and after that windows 10.   There isnt much discussion about it on the internet.   Like a walkthrough guide line

Yeah I agree with @Letgomyleghoe use hwinfo to monitor temps.  As for bios settings you don't really optimize them per say. You usually only mess with them if you're over/underclocking. If by optimizing windows you mean strip it down i'm pretty sure there are guides for that

Is windows that bad, i hear people a lot complaining about it. I've been using it for a long time, and never really complained about it. I agree there is a lot of guide on windows 10 optimization.

About the BIOS i was reading on the subject a bit. They say that memories need to be unlock somehow, because factory design is block to lower frenquency.

To start I would enable

precision boost overdrive.

and your rams dcop/xmp profile

after that I would go to AMDs website and download the chipset driver for whichever you have. B550 or X570.

after that download ryzen master.

you will have to go through a few restarts.

I’m not home so I can’t write up a guide right now but that should get you in the right direction

Depends on what you do. For me other than new windows updates I don't really have a problem with it.
