Auraflow x 240 liquid AIO not working

I recently bought an Auraflow x 240 from ID cooling and installed it. On bootup the cooler would turn on and off and as soon as everything loads in (wallpaper engine, RGB, discord, etc) It completely stops working. I restarted the PC to go into BIOS and it reads 0 rpm for both the fans and the pump. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Ryzen 7 3700x

750 W EVGA supernova Gold +

G SKILL Tridentz 16GB, 3000 Mhz

EVGA Geforece RTX 2070 super

Do you mean the pump? Or the fans?
