Can't boot with Dual Channel Ram Ryzen 7 2700x

My pc is not booting when I put the rams in dual channel mode. (SLOT 2 AND SLOT 4).

The only time it boots is when I have the ram in slot 1 and 2. All slots worked fine..Not working with G.Skill and Kingston..

My specs

Asus TUF gaming + B450-latest bios

Ryzen 7 2700x 

Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO-3200Mhz 2x8GB

Sapphire nitro + RX 590 8gb
