As mentioned it still would load the CPU fully since that i7 is still too little.

You need a cpu like Intel 6th gen or Ryzen 1st gen at least to remove the load from the cpu.

so if i play warzone on 100% load and gpu load 20% it wont damage the cpu or reduce its lifespan???

well your cpu is "ok" 

but as others suggested you should think about a platform swap 

that being said 3770 would give you a nice boost 

if it was useful give it a like :) btw if your into linux pay a visit here
