Where to hook up DF600 VDG cable on B450 Gaming Plus Max?

I just built what I could on my PC from what has already arrived from NewEgg. I can't though seem to figure out where to plug in these two cables on the motherboard or if I need to. The included aRGB controller in the DF600 is already hooked up to the PSU and when I boot the PC the fans start no problem, but the aRGB doesn't. Not even when I press the LED I/O button that it comes with.
