No display or signal on monitor

I bought a new case and GPU and pretty much swapped with my old one. 

 

 

the issue I’m running into right now, is that when I turn on the pc, there’s no signal on the monitor, it doesn’t detect the new HDMI I bought. 

 

 

I swapped with an old HDMI, and plugged it into my new gpu, still no signal 

 

 

 

I already tried it on a different monitor

 

 

 

used a vga cable instead of hdmi 

 

 

 

I plugged it directly on the motherboard instead of GPU

 

 

 

Still no signal 

 

 

 

what could be the issue?

Hello. Does your motherboard make any beep noice or show any LED light? If not, check your Power Supply cables if they are connected right. If this didnt work update your situation.

The power supply seem to work, as I see the cpu fan and the GPU fans seem to be working. There’s still no signal on my monitor
