yes it is, you can adjust your fan curve, clean out the heatsink, re apply thermal paste etc to help keep the fan noise down.

my gtx1080ti is at 99% usage while playing holow knight, the fans sound like a vacuum cleaner. I did a clean install of win 10, so there's no possibility of a virus/malware. Is this normal?

cpu: ryzen 5 3600

ram: 32gb 3200mhz

fans:Noctua industrial 3000rpm x6
