Black Screen when CPU and GPU are on full load

Hello everyone

My pc is recently giving me a problem it seems to be related to my gigabyte rx570. So whenever I try playing any GPU intensive game like (Sekiro or jump force) my screen starts flickering and then suddenly my screen turns black and the monitor shows power saving mode, this also happens when I do any GPU stress test like (heaven or superposition or valley) and then to make it start again I need to switch it off and turn it back on. All of this happens only if the GPU is getting utilized to a 100% and also when the CPU is 100% utilized the computer slows down and starts lagging extensively. All of this started happening just a few days ago and I have had this pc for over a year now.

I have tried to do the following things 

bios update on MB

driver install on graphics card (both new and old)

also checked for any loose connections

 

My pc specs

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 

16gb ram ddr4 3000mhz

Corsair vs550 power supply 80+

gigabyte rx570

gigabyte B450M DS3H motherboard

What temps do zou have? Did you overclock?

Any Help is appricated! Please correct me if I´m wrong!

Cpu is at 60-70c max and GPU 70-75c max 

No OC both are at stock settings

your psu is not the best for those spec but if it psus fault the system would just restart. If temps are fine get another gpu, RMA if bought new, get naother one if bought used.

Motherboard tier list. Tier A for overclocking 5950x. Tier B for overclocking 5900x, Tier C for overclocking 5800X. Tier D for overclocking 5600X. Tier F for 4/6 core Cpus at stock. Tier E avoid.

(Also case airflow matter or if you are using Downcraft air cooler)

( You can overclock Tier C just fine, but it can get very loud, that is why it is not recommended for overclocking, same with tier D)
