Cpu is at 60-70c max and GPU 70-75c max No OC both are at stock settings

Hello everyone My pc is recently giving me a problem it seems to be related to my gigabyte rx570. So whenever I try playing any GPU intensive game like (Sekiro or jump force) my screen starts flickering and then suddenly my screen turns black and the monitor shows power saving mode, this also happens when I do any GPU stress test like (heaven or superposition or valley) and then to make it start again I need to switch it off and turn it back on. All of this happens only if the GPU is getting utilized to a 100% and also when the CPU is 100% utilized the computer slows down and starts laggi
