When I have a maximize window and a minimized window, the minimized window disappears when the mouse is not hovering it how can I fix this?

Whenever I have chrome maximized, and I open the calculator, it disappears when the mouse is not on top of it, where do I go into settings to fix this, or can I restore default windows settings all around with out deleting anything?

do you have a trackpad that sometimes randomly clicks? (I had this at one point, it was terrible)

Are you just looking for calculator to always be on top? Most applications do not natively support this, and you'll need to use something like NirSoft's WinLister.
