@Ankh Tech

Or get Audio-Technica ATR2500x-USB Cardioid Condenser Microphone later this year on boxing day (like BF but only celebrated in some countries) when i get more money?

well your choice, but I'd get the snowball. but I'd save up for a mod mic wired/wireless, unless you really want a seperate mic

Personally switched to the 2005 from the snowball earlier this year and it's a better mic in respect to noise isolation than the snowball the snow ball just picks up everything due to the fact that is condenser vs the 2005 cause it's a dynamic.

I agree with this above message, plus the 2005 is also XLR so if you choose to you can upgrade to a proper interface setup in future. In general the 'podcast' or 'streamer' sound you hear is associated with dynamic mics and you'll get a lot closer with the 2005 than you with with anything USB from Blue.

If I were you I'd pick up a cheap secondhand interface and dynamic mic and move up in the world from there but in the end it's entirely up to you, like I said, my guide goes more in depth on this and you might find some useful info in it.

What the hell happened in this thread?

Went from watercooling to microphones lol

Main speaker setup is now;

Mini DSP SHD Studio -> 2x Mola Mola Tambaqui DAC's (fed by AES/EBU, one feeds the left sub and main, the other feeds the right side) -> 2x Neumann KH420 + 2x Neumann KH870

(Having a totally seperate DAC for each channel is game changing for sound quality)

That's what happens when you try and build a custom loop in the audio subforum

Idea: Remove all of the conductors from an XLR cable, leaving just the connectors/sheathing, and use it as water cooling tubing. Would work a treat. Use some Neutrik Panel connectors to interface with radiators, pumps, etc.

WAIT you could use a Behringer T47 as the reservoir since it has that transparent window on the front of the body... (and you would be putting it out of its misery)
Even better modify an analogue desk to allow you to change flow to different parts of the loop...... THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS

Hmm, so.

XLR piping, Behringer T47 reservoir, Allen & Heath ZEDi-8 distribution block.

An Astell & Kern ACRO L1000 might be a good pump?
