Is this list good? - First PC Build, need second opinion

B14nnc4

Budget (including currency): $1000-$1100 AUD

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Hi, my sister is about to build her first PC soon and this is what she has have come up with, we're looking for suggestions and areas of the build that we can improve on. This build will be mainly used for gaming (steam, CoD, watch dogs, rainbow six seige, etc) and university.

We're struggling to decide the motherboard, memory and SSD storages and PSU, so any recommendations/suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks
