Ram Overclocking.

Hi, I am thinking of building a ryzen 5000 series based pc and I heard that ryzen 5000 series perform well with 3600 mhz ram or higher. So I went to my motherboards official site (ASUS ROG Strix X570-E) and in specifications memory with 3600 mhz was mentioned as (O.C). Also I am having a G.Skill 2x8gb 3600 mhz ram. But I am worried that it will damage either the ram or the motherboard. So should I run it in 3600mhz or lower?

If it works it won't damage the motherboard. Only if you're pushing a lot of voltage can you really damage your RAM.
