My friends can hear my sound

I recently purchased a headphone jack splitter and when I use it anyone I’m in call with or in game chat with can hear my game volume or pc volume how can I fix this please

I don't get what you mean to say, please specify your headphones/earphones and your "headphone jack splitter"

They are just normal earbuds but I tested it on my turtle beach headphones and it does the same thing and my splitter is like a €7 one from Amazon
