Im not really sure if this post fits under storage or not so im posting it here, if its wrong im sorry moderator person, but i would like to do the following:

Plug in usb stick into a computer, load a program onto a ramdisk, remove usb stick and run the program on the ramdisk  without the usb stick , and on reboot id like the program to be gone in typical ramdisk fashion.

Can this be done? Would this need special configuration in the ramdisk program? Ive been playing around with softperfect.

Yeah seems like a more up to date program. It mentions how its able to store its contents as persistent storage, id like it to not do that though, i.e let the ram flush when powered off.  Maybe thats an option in the program though, i'll give it a try thanks.
