Are ubishite taking the piss or what ? 
Just preordered Valhalla as it goes live in a hour and I wanted to let it download over night ready for in the morning, payment confirmed, money out the bank. Game not showing in library. No live chat for customer service. Post on forum saying game can take 3 days to show in library

I wouldn't even order that one week from now. It's the usual boring open world recipe from Ubisoft in a new package. I will wait 2-3 years and then buy it for what its worth: 3,99€.

Just have patience. There's a lot of people trying to download it right now. Their servers are overloaded.

I bought a 3700X back in July and got a free copy. My key turned up today. I redeemed it and started the preload the game in a matter of minutes.  It seems silly that their web store cannot immediately provide your key!

Hopefully I don't have to download some ridonkulously huge patch before I can play in 8 minutes.
