Hi

My name is Björn. I am from Switzerland. 2 Years ago I wanted to build a realy special PC, something no one else has (as far as I know). I am also a huge Doctor Who fan.

I wanted to share this when I build it about 2 Years ago but I never got around to actually do it. Now that I am planing so upgrad and improvements on the inside and I have a bit more free time I thougt I would be a good chance to finaly share it and also get some ideas of what I could improve. This is my Tardis:

First and foremost let me tell you the story of my 1:3 scale Tardis. I did not build it myself I am not that skilled. It was build by a local carpenter who likes to build different and unusual items. Like a 1:3 scale Tardis for example. She was very passionate about this build and built an absolutely stunning and extremely detailed Tardis. See for yourself:

Thats it for the outside. Coming up: The inside.

Spoilers: It is unfortunately is not bigger on the inside and a pit of a rats nest (Thanks Corsair).

I used to like to watch Doctor Who too when I was young on the local PBS station here in the US.

They used to show really old reruns of the Tom Baker Doctor Who. I enjoyed it. It was campy but I liked it because they were trying so hard to make a good story with what seemed like very little money.

A few years ago I saw a disk set called "The DALEKS" at the store and bought it.

I don't like the newer TV show versions much anymore but I still break out that disk set every now and then and watch it.

So I think this is cool.

I'm curious how much she charged you to make it?
