ARGB header number of fans

Hi,
I have been looking at ARGB fans, and I'm wondering how many fans can I plug into 1 ARGB header.
The header on the mobo support a max of 3A.

the image below belongs to the mf120 halo coolermaster fan and it got me all confused, why is there a fan current and an rgb current? which one should i be following, and how many max would i be able to connect onto 1 header112.PNG.0186fa5ad08cfc050610348c9985b01b.PNG

ARGB headers are 3A each. So theoretically 5 fans/strips each. But as seen from that spec sheet, your fans would be 0.8A each max. That would mean up to 3 safely, 3-5 if you are willing to take the risk.

I'm not electrician, so I have no idea what happens if you overload rated current. Does it only mean some of the LEDs don't work, or would it damage things. With fans it seems to be first, but I'm still not quite sure.
