EVGA 2080 Super fan noise

Hey guys so today my computer bsod say some sort of kernal error while playing valorant. I was bot payong attention before i bsod today but now i hear a loud mechanical sound from my EVGA 2080 Super XC when the fans speed up [loud gpu sound] 

 I dont know if the bsod caused it but it just started happening today 2 days ago it was fine
