Office working/Gaming PC builds

Challenge for Linus. I am from USA. I need you to suggest a complete PC build under $3000. This PC should be able do moderate programming and graphics designing as well as heavy gaming. Conditions are to use AMD Processor (at least 3rd zen best if 5th zen) and GPU of 3000 series (at least 3070 or 3080) and a great monitor that doesn't leave those specs on bench.

Is that really a challenge? This is something forum members here can spec out pretty well given the budget.

Sorry but the conditions weren't met.

Amd 3000 series or the nvdia 3000 series weren't used in you specs.
