What screen should I go with?

My current PC is a i7-9700K @ 3.60Ghz

16.0 GB ram 

 

I am planning on purchasing a new video card either a Nvidia RTX3070 or a Radeon depending on specs and pricing.

I want to run 3 screens I do gaming watching movies and everything else PC's are for. I would like something that has a really nice picture, bright I hate dim screens and a higher refresh rate so no motion blur.

any help and opinions are appreciated if i am going in the complete wrong direction and you know of a better idea let me know my budget for each monitor is basically 300 kinda don't wanna go over that.
