Why on my 4k tv netflix on 1080p plan looks great, but on my ultrawide monitor it looks terrible ?

Idk what it is, but when looking a film on my living room on my 4k tv looks awesome, but on my ultrawide monitor it looks very pixelated. Idk where to put this, i dont think its netflix mistake here...
On both using netflix.

what browser are you using? some browsers are limited in resolution with netflix for some reason.

I never get a good quality unless I use the Netflix app on Windows from MS Store.

You cannot stream Netflix in 4K on a computer unless using a compatible web browser. See the following help articles for more details.

i think microsoft edge works fine, on chrome it's limited to 720p (something about the easyness of downloading their videos)
