Is a 3080 with intel due cpu a bottleneck?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950x 
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix x570-f Gaming
RAM: Adata XPG DDR4 D60G 64GB (16*4) 3600MHZ RAM 
PSU: Seasonic PRIME 1000
Mon: Philips 346B
GPU: Asus Turbo Series RTX 3080

Sound: Bose 700 Headphones 
Case: Asus TUF GT501
Storage: 2x Samsung Evo 980 Pro 2TB (Each, total of 4TB) in RAID 0
Cooling: Asus ROG LC 240mm and a bunch of Noctua fans

you didn't give a single detail about the CPU you will be using, the games, and the performance target.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

a core 2 quad will greatly harm a 3080 in every performance regard, they would be unable to work effectively together.

yes A LOT that is a very old cpu

if your going to upgrade your system you'd better build a new one

if it was useful give it a like :) btw if your into linux pay a visit here

Yeah, that sounds like a huge bottleneck to me.
