terrible proformance will this be a good upgrade for the price?

https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/34450503 that is my current PC but my idea is to upgrade i already have all the parts that are missing for this part list (HDD's CPU optical drive) im wondering is this OK for now? i just need raw performance and a better housing, as a side note the MOBO is flipped on the PCI slots and IO so the IO is on the right and the PCI slots are on the left so thats why im changing the MOBO
