Will my Ryzen 7 3700x bottleneck

Right now I have a 2070 super and I am planning to upgrade my graphics card to 3070. I am wondering will my Ryzen 7 3700x bottleneck with that graphics card?

Note: I am going to use it for 1440p and 1080p gaming.

It depends what resolution.

 

1080p - Yes (different amounts depending on what game)

1440p - Most likely no (not by any noticeable margin if it does occur)

4k - Definitely not.

 

The more I learn, the more I realise I don't actually know anything. 

 

Recommendations: Lian Li 205m (sleek, pretty decent airflow for a non-mesh front panel and cheap), i5-10400f (Ryzen 5 3600 performance, 20% cheaper), Arctic P14 PWM fans, Logitech g305.

I'm making assumptions based on what we have heard from NVIDIA. Granted, these claims may not be totally accurate (ref. the 3080) but the 3070 can't be far off what NVIDIA claims. 

 

In any case, a GPU with performance around a 2080 Super or higher will more than likely follow what I have said.

does the 2080ti get bottlenecked by 3700x at 1080p? YEAH
