I am running a ryzen 3 3100 and am wondering which card is better. I wanna run games like cyberpunk, rainbow six siege and csgo

Budget and location?

CDPR works pretty closely with NVidia, the 1650 will probably win out. But you may be able to get a 5500xt

What power supply you have could matter a lot.  If you don’t have any power cables available you might have to go with a 1650.  If you do what wattage of PSU you have could matter

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

Unless you want to play cyberpunk at 120x120 you won't be able to run it with neither of those

I think that the 5500XT is the best in that price tag but you wont youll have to run cyberpunk in 763p (or whatever it is) for it to be stable 60 FPS, I would reccomend upgrading to the 5600XT or waiting for the Big navi to release and see if there is a card there in your proce point

Recommended settings are ryzen 3200g and a 1060 with minimum settings of an AMD FX 8310 and a Radeon RX 470

The only reason I'm considering the 1650 is for that reason but my budget is under 200 for the card

The RX 5500xt is faster than both and is $180-190 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082G2XDLL?tag=pcpapi-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1&psc=1

If you wait for sales, the GTX 1660 Ti/Super routinely goes for $200. Right now I'm seeing it as low as $220

The 5500XT is pretty much on par with the 1650 Super and RX 580 in terms of performance.
