When it comes to performance the 1070 has a slight advantage,and the 1660 Super is more powerful than the 1660 Ti. The 1660 Super supports ray tracing in most RTX supported games. All GTX 10-series cards from 1060 and up can do ray tracing but I wouldn't unless it's a 1080ti.
