They are fast enough on their own. I would put them both as individual drives to stop all the bad effects of raid 0.

Raid 0 bad idea in SSD. It should be fast enough, why you need it to be faster?

Don't do it, it's not worth it. RAID0 doubles your risk of data loss – If one of your drives dies, the contents of both are garbage. And since the drives are plenty fast on their own, why take that risk?

All good points. My thinking was to the best of my knowledge the only downside is that if one drive fails than the other loses all data, and in my experience SSDs tend to be pretty reliable, they lose some capacity overtime to bad sectors from rewriting too many times but I've never had one outright fail, so it seemed to be a free performance boost. That said, I was already leaning to the side of keeping them separate volumes and just wanted some second opinions so thanks for the feedback.
