Slow internet even though i throttle my game updates

So I'm trying to update my games and have throttle them so I don't use all the internet; games that are on uplay. I throttle them to 62 Mbps and my internet speeds are up too 300 Mbps consistently. Now I don't know if its a HDD related issue or wifi receiver issue. Everyone on the internet in my house is only watching videos, so I don't think it's internet congestion issue. I'm throttling through uplay settings.

Its fine. what router do you have? there is probably a number on it somewhere
