Please advice on the best GPU I can get below $ 400 , I'm currently using system below :

1. CPU : Ryzen 5 3600

2. MB : Gigabyte B450M-DS3H V2

3. RAM : Corsair Vengeance LPX PC 25600 16Gb ( 2 x 8 GB )

4. VGA : GTX 1050 Ti

5. Storage : WD Blue 2,5 SSD 1 TB , WD Green HDD 3,5 2TB

6. PSU : TT Toughpower grand RGB ( Sync edition ) 750 W  80+ Gold

 

I'm currently looking between AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT or should I go with NVIDIA RTX 2060? or advice other models that I can squishing GPU max performance for < $400.

Most 5700XT models are still under 400$. If you can get one of these, then do it. That's the best you're gonna get for your budget at the time being.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
