Can you play bf4 on onboard graphics of a 4670k at like.. 720p low/medium settings? My buddy doesn't get his 780 for like 2 weeks, I tried googling to see some benchmarks but couldn't really find anything....

You could, yes. You may have to do some overclocking though if you want to go FHD.
