Will my original 2013 GTX Titan Run death stranding?

As the title states I would like to know if anyone knows if it will even boot because of the direct x12 api.

 

Specs:

Ryzen 5 2600

Gtx Titan 2013

Gigabyte B450m ds3h

16gb DDR4 3200mhz ram

Afaik, DX12 is a hard requirement for this game, meaning it won't even run on older cards that don't support it.

According to the specs it should support DX12 just fine

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad
