new desk power ideas

so i got a new stand up desk and want to cable mange it and i i was thing on attaching a power strip to the bottom but i also want to hook and kill a watt too it but i want that on top of the desk so i can see the usage. so i found this seem to be the cheapest. or i also found this were you can hook a usb cable to it an use software to monitor the voltage? but i have not found what info it gives. all i want is watts, volts and amps. or is there other options?
