from reading the comments it seems even though their the highest rated, there are alot of issues with either of them.

i want a ups for an unraid nas i built with 5 drives. i only need it hold it for 3-5 mins  until i  flip back on the power ,since where i am staying there is constant outages or fuse pops cause the building is so old.  so i figure 1500VA should be plenty right? i dont want to spend more than 200 max 250$. so do any of you guys have experience with either of them or a different brand?

If it's of any value to you, keeping in mind that I have zero experience with any of these units (rather, any non commercial units), More often than not I see people tend to prefer APC over Cyberpower when I see recommendations here.

APC and nothing but.  They last like forever and you get replacement batteries without issues.

I have a Backup-UPS like you link to on amazon, though a smaller one, and I'm on the second battery after the first one lasted 6 years.  Usually the batteries in UPSs last only about 3 years.

If you have a rack or the space for one, try to get a 19" UPS.
