Help me to choose good peripherals

Mohamed ElHussainy

I am really completely confused, and always searching to choose the appropriate pieces for my use of the games, but I have been confused between logitech g403 and redragon m711 fps.

There are similarities in the shape and the sensor ,But I know very well that the manufacture quality of the Logitech mouse is much better and that is what makes it twice as expensive as in my country.

Also g203 available at the same price m711 fps do you recommend g203 over m711 fps ( pmw 3360 )

The question here ,is there a difference between a logitech g403 pmw 3366 sensor and redragon m711 fps pmw 3360 in the actual experience ?

What is your advice to me?

And about the side of the headset I found a redragon h510 and logitech g231/g233/g332/g432/g433

logitech g231 almost expensive than redragon h510 at 20%

logitech g332 almost expensive than redragon h510 at 20%

logitech g233 double the price of the redragon h510

logitech g432 double the price of the redragon h510

logitech g433 is almost three times the price of the redragon h510

And in the end, the keyboard

Is 552k enough for games, or should I choose a better keyboard than if available on the budget?
I know that there is a difference between the types of switches and that red is the best in games
But any gateron or outemu or cherry mx
Is romer g linear good for games?

And since the keyboards available in my country are not many of them carry the type of Chery MX
Except for HyperX by it should I take it?

There isn't much of a difference, I believe the only difference is something to do with smoothing and other stuff, but generally speaking there isn't a significant difference you will feel when using either sensor. I believe the g203 PM3366 sensor is running at like 7500fps instead of the higher framerate, where the 3360 in the redragon runs at 12000fps in the red dragon so perhaps the M711 FPS is the better choice.

However what will make a bigger difference is the comfort, I have use the G203 for a fair amount of time until I decided to upgrade to the G402 since it was reduce in price, and it felt so much better playing games since my hand was sitting much more comfortably on the mouse. The G203 shape isn't that great, or ergonomic so overall less comfortable. So considering I this I suggest you get the the Redragon M711.

Yes, it's just Logitech's proprietary switch, it's fairly similar to a red switch.

Outemu is very common in cheaper keyboard, I've had a good experience using Outemu Blue switches for over 2 years. However your experience may vary.

MX and Gateron are often found in higher cost keyboards, they are more consistent and have slightly better overall quality but it doesn't mean they're much better than the outemu.

If you don't have a lot of money to spend, ideally look for at least a keyboard with Outemu switches, if you can afford it, get gateron or mx, but again, it's not a deal breaker if you go for outemu switches. Also ideally get Brown or Red switched, while they may cost a little more it is worth it considering how loud blue switches are.

Honestly, I would a nice mouse, and a cheaper keyboard. As Linus has mentioned multiple times, its hard to game on a bad mouse, but keyboards have diminishing returns.

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

the G203 doesnt use the pmw 3366, also the 3366 is logitechs variant of the 3360, they both still run at a max 12000 fps, though this spec isnt that important anyway.

OP: Have you tried any of the mice?

Palm grip is more comfortable for me

So there's no real difference between g403 3366 and m711 fps 3360

i would lean more to the G403, if budget isn't really of concern, without knowing your exact hand measurements its just a guess.

mouse: yes

keyboard: depends, if you are going to get something better anyway there are better options than the G513

mousepad: not really worth the extra imo, unless you really need a good mousepad

headset: cant really comment on this, though afaik the g433 isnt that good anyway

I am confused now
Will Redragon products not give me a good experience
Although it is price-for-performance, it carries a good sensor against the price and competes with other products that are more expensive

What is better than g513?

Yes, I want to have a good one

Why g433 is not good?

the sensor is the only thing that it has going for, inferior build quality, stiff cable, heavier weight, not to mention logitech's software is much better than redragon's. if the reasons mentioned dont concern you then you dont need to get the logitech. all the things i mentioned above are recommendations.

you did mean the sensor right?

at $100ish budget? the ducky one 2 and glorious gmmk to name some

then does the premium makes sense in your purchase? if it doesnt, you dont need the G640

things around its pricepoint like the MH751, cloud 2s are better, though i dont know what they are priced at in your region. also as previously mentioned i cant really comment much on audio.

I have the k552 with outemu blue switches and damn they are loud ... the loudest I've ever had.  It's not only the click of the switches but also the spring ping and the bottoming out that is overly loud compared to any other switches I tried.  I don't know if the reds would be like that but for me, I'm done with outemu switches.  The k552 is not a bad keyboard specially for that price point.  I got mine for 40$ CAD and it's a solid beginners board.  Metal plate with plastic case, no flex, no twist, barely move on the desk ... It would be good for me if the switches I got were not that absurdly loud.  If you can live with the noise and can have it for around 40$ or less then get it.

For a more expensive option, I would just get the gmmk and some nice switches ... if you want linear then I suggest gateron yellow as they are quite smooth.  If you want something a bit faster then probably the kailh speed silver for linear or speed copper or bronze for tactile option.  The beauty of a hotswappable board is that you can try a lot of type of switches if you feel like it.  If you don't want to try that much it's still a nice feature if a switch goes bad at some point.
