I have an NZXT Kraken M22 AIO and a Ryzen 5 3600x. My CPU shows that it is 95C on idle in Windows, but in the bios it shows that its around 65C. Regardless something is probably broken but I'm not sure what. In NZXT Cam software, it shows my clock speed is constantly running at 3900MHz, but in Ryzen Master it shows the speed hovering around 980-1000 MHz idle. I have a few ideas to what the problem is, but I would like a second opinion. In the BIOS as well, I have a Gigabyte X570 Gaming X board, and in the bios under Smart Fan 5 I put the speeds to "Full Power" (or something similar). My best guess is that my pump is failing/failed but other than that I'm not sure what the issue is.

Is the pump worling correctly? Does the pump make any sounds.

Probably time to rplace the aio, is there a warranty?

Last night when I tried to troubleshoot, I could feel the pump working but other than that its silent. Also I'm sure I have a warranty, I'll start to contact them. Also I'm not sure if this will just be for no reason but later today after school I will be repasting and reseating the cooler to see if that can fix the issue.

How is the AIO mounted?  Possible air bubbles trapped in the pump?

Otherwise I'd reseat and then RMA it if it doesn't fix it.

What program is saying 95c?

you may have forgotten to paste the cpu or the pump is going.
if you have the cooler that came with you cpu, put it on for now

Pretty much every program I have (GPUZ, NZXT Cam, Ryzen Master, HWInfo) say it runs 95C+ on idle. I still need to dig out my stock cooler though lol. Also just re-seated and re-pasted my CPU to no avail, I still have the same issue.
