Okay so I’m saving for a new card I mostly do 1080p gaming on GTA V, minecraft and some other games and I’m buying a new card the 2060 would be more than enough right? And what would be a good price for it and what model should I get?

2060 is okay but it's kind of in a weird place. 1650 Super might be a better choice

No it doesn't- but the 2060 doesn't perform well with RT enabled.

It's weird because the price of the 2060 is almost double for about 40ish% more performance

What should I get then? I want something that could handle a 4K upgrade

Nothing within that price range will handle 4k gaming to much of an extent

If you intend to go 4k you should probably look at a 5700 XT at the very least

Then you'll have to fork out a lot more for a 3070 or 3080

Only you can really answer that. If you have intentions to upgrade to 4k soon then I don't see why it would be

Well I hook up my PC to my TV often and may be getting a 4K TV so I think a 3070 would fit

These are all good points that should have been in the OP, instead of having to be doled out after people suggest appropriate GPU's for you...

Get a 3070 or 3080 when available, good luck to you.

Not a huge deal, but it really helps to give you accurate suggestions.  Would have sucked to buy the 2060 and then realize it is ass for 4K later :)
