Please Help me with a gaming build!

I have never built a PC before but I want to now. I want it to be able to run high end VR games with goodf physics and play most any games on high FPS. If the built could stay around 1,300 that would be greta. Please help!

Im in the US. I have a Occulus quest with the Link compatabilities, I have a all the peripherals I need.

no. I would wait for 3070 to be out and for next gen ryzen. Something like this. I would sawap out the CPU for the r5 5600 when It comes out in a week or so.
