PC not outputing

So When i woke Up i Wanted to game, but my pc won't output. 

I tried my original, a hd4870 and integrated graphics. 

All the fans spin up including the cup and gpu

 

Pc specs:

E3-1245

Dell t1600 motherboard

Dell 16gb (2*8gb) 

Masterwatt 500w

Define r3

Screen: 1680*1050

any lights or beep codes or whichever kind of unhappy signal that motherboard makes?

The motherboard does not have any postcode display and I can't hear any bleeps.

Meaning ONLY the keyboard and mouse?  If so are the Keyboard and mouse usb or ps/2?  If keyboard and mouse are included along with display it could be machine isn’t posting.

The mouse and keyboard and mouse is USB and is connected directly to my pc. 

I plan on buying a i5-4690k, asus rog maximus vii ranger, 8gb hyper x 1600mhz ram and a aio cooler from corsair for ~140$

Is that a good deal

Whether it’s a good price for that hardware might not be relevant.  It still won’t play brand new titles. 4690k would be much quicker  but still not terribly fast 4/4. Way up from slow 2/2 though.   The speed would be ok if you got a good overclock out of it but the ipc of that gen is still well behind the curve so 4.5ghz or whatever you got would be equivalent to sub 4ghz on a modern chip.  Also it would still be short on threads for gaming.  A lot faster than what you have currently though. If there’s more budget to use it might be wise to use it. If say $500 was findable it would be better spent on a newer system.
