How gtx 970 sounds like for only 29$ which sometimes giving blue screens

The RAM has probably overheated and failed. Since you can't replace video card RAM, the card will fail because of that. And it will only get worse with the card.

Fans not working??? or dead or drivers or motherboard or psu?

Information as I know, because someone selling it and it provided information, word of seller:"I dont know what is with it, It boot, evrything normaly and once it get blue screen. Its selling as for parts or if someone know to fix it"

The guys is selling it for parts. "Parts" is a misnomer, as there is nothing to fix on a video card, either it works fine, or it's broken.

Still it's your money, just don't expect anything but junk.

So a dead card. I'm 99,99% sure it will not work. But still your money do with it what you want.

well unless you test it theres no way to tell if the card is causing the blue screens or something else
