Crazy High ping in all games need help.

so I have been getting crazy high ping and lag for the past 3 years, finally looked into it did tracert google.com and got this help

I believe that would be directly connected to your internet service provider or/and your distance to the nearest server. As well as your data plan and quality of connecting lines.

 

Do you have more information that I could work with? As far as I can see atm, you're just one of the unlucky ones who live in a location where internet service is isn't optimal.

I did a tracert to google.com as well:

Number 1 was my router - 2 ms

Numbers 2 and 3 were my ISP - 12 ms

Numbers 4 and 5 timed out

Numbers 6 to 10 were Google's servers - 13 ms min,39 ms max.

 

I have fiber,1 gigabit on Wi-Fi (I use a crazy 4x4 Wi-Fi 5 card,and my router is a decent 3x3 so i get the full speed)

 

So,Do you use traditional coaxial or fiber?

Are you on Wi-Fi?,If you are then what Wi-Fi card and router do you have?

And what is your Internet plan?

i have internet consolodated, and ethernet cable directly into my pc have 1 gig plan actual speed is 500 down 2.23 up

what other info do you need? my pc is pretty good and idk jus why this is hapening

You pay for a gigabit and gets 500...

You need to talk with your ISP about it,they have to fix that problem for you since you get half of what you are paying for.

And ask them for a direct optic fiber connection,it's much better than coaxial and should solve the ping problem.

And if after all that the problem persist - it means that they lied to you and did nothing to solve it.

ive also noticed that my ping jumps like crazy, sometimes it is bad like above and it is ok like below

144 ms is not okay,107 ms as well.
