Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened? i had just logged in, and was checking notifications. IIRC I didn't close the tab last night, only the browser. That means I was thrown right into here. 

 

 

What happened?

Flashing of the menu under the hamburger (3 lines)

 

What did you expect to happen?

No flashing

happens on my phone as well, it's been happening for a few days now

Weird. I don't have it on my phone (Android 10, Chrome 83).

Can't seem to replicate it on Microsoft Edge.

That's definitely a Chrome issue, but it's really weird. I can't reproduce it on my phone, either in the stable or beta builds of Chrome (also on android 10). The latest stable build available to me is slightly behind yours, so it's possible that it's a problem introduced in that build and either not yet introduced or already fixed in the current beta, or it may be a problem with Chrome's rendering engine on your phone or something like that. If it's not bothering you too much, my advice would be to wait until the next Chrome build, which I would expect to be within the next couple of weeks, and we can revisit it (probably meaning filing a Chrome bug) then if it's still happening. If it is really annoying, you could file a Chrome bug for it now at https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/entry.
