I have a brand new pc build and I have everything plugged in yet two orange lights come up, one near my pcie and the other one near my io shield here are some pics

first pic looks like RGB

2nd pic probably also RGB, what's the problem you're facing?

Maybe a standby LED.

If you don't have any problems, this can be ignored.

the one by the io shield is usually the lan light.

 

If there is no problems, then what is the issue?

 

If its aesthetics, little electrical tape or black sharpie can fix it all right up.

Yes, besides the lights, what is your issue? 

 

What is the motherboard? The manual can also be really helpful in identifying what the LEDs are.
